You have 30 days to return the product to us
Return period
Customers can request to exchange/return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt (depending on the policy of each store).
For discounted or promotional products, please check the specific policy at the time of purchase.
Conditions for product exchange/return:
The product has not been used, with intact stamps, labels and accessories.
The product is not dirty, scratched, damaged by external impact or due to use.
The product to be exchanged/returned must have a complete purchase invoice.
Return process:
Contact the store via email or hotline within the specified time to notify the exchange/return request.
Send the product to the specified address (with the purchase invoice and reason for return/exchange).
The store will check and respond to the customer’s request within 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
Exchange/return costs:
The store will cover the shipping costs for cases where the product is defective due to manufacturing or delivery errors.
The customer will cover the shipping costs if the exchange/return is due to dissatisfaction or choosing the wrong size or color.
Refund time
Please inspect your product upon receipt and notify us of any defects, missing or misdelivered products. You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery. If the deadline is exceeded, unfortunately we will not refund or exchange the product.
Refund method
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their compliance with the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
You will receive a notification when your money is refunded.
Please note the following points:
If the return is due to a change in personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
If the return arises due to our oversight (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is received. Official posting.
